Small Space Living Solutions
I struggle with small rooms and even smaller closets so until I move into a larger country home I work with and seek small space living solutions.
I struggle with having beauty and organization in a cramped house. However, there are ways to enjoy life even in a small space. It is possible to create space where there seems like there isn’t any (think vertical and shelves) and to live at peace even though one might struggle with the thoughts of how one day more room will be available. Nevertheless, one day is not here soon enough.

So, as I learn how to live healthier and cleaner I will show others how healthy living naturally is possible.
This personal journey is also one of discovery.
This journey will allow you to see tips for how I make healthy living fun but in a real way. You will get a candid look at my journey if you follow along.
Healthy Living Natural Foods and a Clean Diet
Through Daily life, I will show my desire and journey with healthy living natural foods; how I have a family that will not eat what I do. While I struggle to maintain a clean diet, my family often eats junk.
I will share strategies for maintaining a clean diet, to include recipes and links to recipes of family friendly recipes.
From food to nontoxic choices for the home, we journey from clean eating into growing your own food.
It is so important to grow your own food so you can eat clean.
Because clean eating improves your health so much.
I always think better when I eat better. Even my kid thinks better when she is not eating as much junk. She just does not realize it.
I get migraines more when I do not eat well. Clean eating which includes juicing boosts your immune system.
In addition, if you are into makeup and beauty solutions, one of the best I can think of is, you guessed it, clean eating.
Because clean eating helps your skin look better and your hair to shine.
Even though clean eating is often challenging.
Moreover, all with just a few simple healthy lifestyle changes you can be on your way to your future where you want to talk about the benefits.
There are hurdles on the journey to healthy living naturally.
Stores and society are primed with processed foods constantly asking you to eat them. Nevertheless, your stomach will feel much better as well as your spirit if you take your own journey to healthier eating.
And I know it sounds difficult. Sometimes I feel like it is. But it just sounds harder. It actually is not. However, it is not instant like a fast food joint.
Once you get started on the journey with tasty foods that are healthy there will be nothing that can stop you.
Gardening for Stress Relief and food
Gardening is a big thing for me and a stress relieving joy. I often do not do meditation or yoga so gardening, when it is outside, can be meditative, relaxing and a bit of exercise for me.
I have small spaces though. So I do vegetable gardening small spaces.

Growing vegetables in a small backyard
If you are wondering, how you can garden because the reality of growing vegetables in a small backyard seems impossible, here is the best part:
If you do what I do, you do not need a big backyard to grow your own food
You will not have to have a yard at all.
You can grow your own food in a small space and you can do indoor food gardening.
I will show you how I do it.
This leads me to talk about one of the methods of gardening that I do.
Sprouting and Microgreens; well I guess that is two methods.
I am going to show you how to grow micro greens indoors at home both inexpensively and quite easily.
I will do my best to cover every important detail of this unique form of indoor and outdoor gardening.
So, would you like to grow some of your own food indoors? How about with no sunlight?
You can choose soil or no soil methods.
Growing Vegetables Indoors year round
This is for growing vegetables indoors year round. It works anytime of the year. Well it is more challenging for me in summer even inside because there is more humidity and more bugs trying to hitch rides indoors.
I grow vegetables indoors in winter and summer. The two extremes of the year. The times when many people have to hang up gardening for the warmer season or the cooler.
What is it that is so great to grow?
Sprouts with no soil
Microgreens are often in a soilless mix or shallow amounts of soil.
In addition, I did not mention it yet, but I will even cover growing vegetables in water.
Growing sprouts indoors allow you to do grow them in just about any container all year round.
Sprouts are a powerhouse of vitamins and minerals to include protein. You can grow all the vegetables your body needs on top of your refrigerator or on a shelf or two. Can’t go outside much? No problem.
Moreover, it is a simple process to grow sprouts and cheap enough. Especially if you get good prices on bulk seed. No matter what at a fraction of the price of store bought vegetables you can pack your body with nutrient dense sprouts that have more nutrition that the adult vegetable.
Growing sprouts indoors
Save money and be chemical free. Heck there are no weeds either.
I will help you learn how to grow delicious baby greens and miniature vegetables in a fraction of the time it takes to grow an adult or juvenile vegetable.
In addition, I will even be talking about weight loss so if you want to lose a few pounds, sprouts can help.
I know that sprouts can be very filling especially when added to a salad. By eating some sprouted beans on your salad, you will feel fuller.
I am also going to share with you and help you with wheatgrass.
I will show you good seed sprouting kits and good choices for wheatgrass sprouting kits. I will also show what I make as in DIY.
I do hydroponics too. Indoor hydroponic gardening and outdoor hydroponics are quite bountiful. I will help you with finding a hydroponic gardening kit and show you how to do it yourself hydroponic gardening. Well, the way I do it anyway.
After the gardening, there come the veggies for better health. In addition, Juicing and smoothies.
Juicing for good health
I try to incorporate a lot of juice in my diet. I enjoy juicing for good health.
I often run low on vegetables to juice if I have not kept the hydroponic or raised bed gardens going though. It is a struggle sometimes for me.
I will explore how to juice and cover ingredients and recipes here or with a link to a recommended resource page…
I will discuss the health benefits too. Juicing really can help in boosting energy and the immune system. Although there will be some detoxifying of the body to contend with if you are a beginner.
There are potential benefits to the skin and digestion just like with sprouts and microgreens.
One of my favorite things to do is take the juice I just made and make smoothie drinks. They are sometimes raw green smoothies and often do not have much fruit.
No matter what, juicing raw vegetables and fruits are great clean eating habits. The journey with healthy living natural foods is what we need. Because eating foods that are closest to its natural state creates within us a greater exchange of energy between the food and our body than any cooked or processed food could ever allow.
However, eating whole foods cooked in a healthy way are good too. One cooked food I make regularly is bone broth.
There is still more that I do on this health journey and that is make lacto fermented or probiotic foods.
Health Benefits Fermented Foods
There are many types fermented foods and the health benefits fermented foods are varied and great.
I will show you what I do to ferment everything from vegetables, all of them, and fruits; you can do a lot with fermented fruit to dairy. Maybe I will cover meat.
Fermented Dairy is a big love of mine. Things like milk kefir, yogurt, and sour cream. I will cover non-dairy fermented drinks too.
I will do my best to help you discover the how to utilize each of them for specific health benefits.
Some of them can help with the body’s PH and again we have the strengthening of the immune system. And these days you had better have a strong immune system.
I am going to talk about where you buy fermented foods and I have projects to share on how to make fermented foods.
How to Make Sourdough Bread Starter
I make sourdough bread starter so I can help with that and help you explore how to bake sourdough.
I have a great joy for baking my own bread. I especially like that most of what I make is sourdough bread. I am quite passionate about bread that is sourdough.
I will also show you what I use and what I wish for… Like which kitchen equipment makes life easier for me.
